Clinical Pilates

Expertly guided by physiotherapists, our clinical Pilates sessions help reduce pain, restore movement and build long term resilience.

Prescribed by physiotherapists, tailored to you.

Clinical Pilates is not a group fitness class. It's a targeted, physiotherapist-led exercise approach designed to rehabilitate injuries, build functional strength, and improve movement control. Every session is individually prescribed based on your assessment, goals, and body.

  • 1:1 physiotherapist-led sessions
  • Reformer-based rehabilitation
  • Individualised exercise prescription
  • Small group clinical reformer (max 6)
  • Pre and post-natal safe programming
  • Integrated with your physiotherapy plan
