Solevo Studio
Expertly guided by physiotherapists, our clinical Pilates sessions help reduce pain, restore movement and build long term resilience.
Clinical Pilates is not a group fitness class. It's a targeted, physiotherapist-led exercise approach designed to rehabilitate injuries, build functional strength, and improve movement control. Every session is individually prescribed based on your assessment, goals, and body.

What to Expect
Designed around your body and your goals.
Your physiotherapist conducts a thorough assessment of your movement, strength, flexibility, and injury history to design a program specific to you.
Based on your assessment, we create a tailored clinical Pilates program targeting your specific rehabilitation needs and movement goals.
Hands-on, physiotherapist-guided reformer sessions focused on your prescribed exercises, with real-time corrections and progressions.
Once you've progressed, transition into small group reformer classes with a maximum of 6 people for a personalised, supported experience.
Designed for people of all ages and abilities, Clinical Pilates combines rehabilitation and strength based exercise to help reduce pain, improve movement and build long term resilience. Private health fund rebates may be available for eligible patients, depending on your level of cover.
